Respected Madam,
It is very painful to take up this issue with your honour. It seems that SPO's Nagpur city has not issued transfer order based on any criteria nor it seems that he has, as we doubt, sidetracked the recommendations of three men committee . There are plenty of spaces in transfer orders which can be pointed out as favours to particular PA. Some of the examples are given below.
1- The officials who were on the strength of Nagpur GPO as PA were taken to Divisional office since last some years on deputation. Now their regular posting is shown again in D.O.
2- Officials transfered from PSD before 5-6 months in last rotation have again been transfered to PSD Nagpur. Even PA Transfered from DO/TSOs to sub office have again been transfered to PSD Nagpur or to their choice station though they have not completed even one years in their present posting.
3- Union has raised issue of favourism to one lady PA WHEN she was in Nagpur GPO by not releiving her till Oct 2014 as her name was very much in the rotational transfer list of 2014. After union has taken this issue with the then SSPOs who has referred this matter to RO. The same PA has been shown transfer from Sankarnagar PO to
DIVISIONAL OFFICE as the then Sr.Postmaster Nagpur GPO IS now SPO's nagpur city division.
4- It is very painful to. Note that many PAs have given their willingness for PSD Nagpur and have not been posted there once in their 10 to 20 years of service but at the same time some other PAs have been posted repeatedly to PSD Nagpur.
Many more other DISCRIMINATIVE ACT can be shown from this recently issued orders. This has given space to doubt that authority has favoured certain PAs who are in their so called "Good books" or otherwise very near and dear to administration.
My Union demands immediate stay on implementation of these orders and enquire into our say. If Divisional Authority is found guilty then suitable action be taken against them.
With regards and expectation of justice to Staff of Nagpur City Division. And Immediate action in this regard.
Yours Sincerely
